You also acknowledge that apart from your own personal non-commercial use, any copying, storing of the website in whole or part, and display, distribution, reproduction or commercial use of material or content from this website is strictly prohibited without the permission of Ceylon Kitchen.
Your Account Security
Ceylon Kitchen cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of information which may arise as a result of failure by you to protect your account security. Please do not divulge your password to anyone and keep account details confidential at all times.
Purchasing From Us
By submitting your order you are offering to buy our goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying products and services. We do not sell your details or pass them onto any other 3rd party companies that aren't operated by ZPos Ltd (our Data Processor) in any circumstance, under the Data Protection Act 1998 / UK GDPR. We are not obliged to supply goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order. At this point a contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full. If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact us immediately before we confirm your order.
Online Prices
We always ensure that the best possible prices are available online at this website. We do this through applying promotional pricing to our own website which may differ from our printed menus which may be outdated. Ordering directly with Ceylon Kitchen guarantees you avoid third-party marketplace surcharges and enjoy our promotional deals and loyalty rewards.
For Out of Stock Items
We will advise you should any food be out of stock and give you a call promptly. At this point you can choose a freshly prepared alternative or cancel your order if you wish.
Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Age Restricted Items
Where alcohol or tobacco products are sold, we must comply with the law and restrict sale of these items to minors. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to purchase tobacco or alcoholic products. Ceylon Kitchen reserves the right to cancel any transaction where it reasonably believes the purchaser is either not of the required legal age or purchasing products on behalf of a minor. Ceylon Kitchen actively encourages people not to take up a nicotine habit. If you are not already a smoker then please do not buy our products.
Delivery Time
We aim to deliver your order within quoted times, but please consider traffic, weather conditions, and peak dinner hours. During busy periods your order may take longer. We may or may not have time to notify you, but please be patient or feel free to call us to check up on your order. Delivery times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed, although our delivery team always takes utmost care to deliver piping hot meals as promptly as safely possible.

Core Policy
Any refunds are at the sole discretion of the manager on duty. Refunds will not be given for mistakes on your part when ordering (e.g. incorrect items selected or incorrect delivery address entered) or if you choose to change your mind after the kitchen has commenced cooking.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund please contact the shop and make a complaint (applicable for both cash and card orders). Making a complaint does not guarantee a monetary refund. We may offer alternatives to monetary refunds, for example, immediate replacement dishes sent with our driver or credits towards future orders. By ordering online, you accept this could be the case and agree to fair substitutes.

Understanding Order Statuses
This message confirms our kitchen has accepted your order and the chefs are preparing your dishes. Nothing further is required on your part unless you need an urgent change (call the restaurant immediately quoting your order number).
The restaurant declined and cancelled the order (e.g. ran out of specific fresh food items or driver capacity reached during peak rush). If paid online by card or digital wallet, money is refunded automatically within 3 to 5 working days.

How To Opt In
To opt in to our mailshot and SMS marketing, please register or sign in on our members club page. When registering, you will be invited to opt in to exclusive promotional vouchers. For customers who already have an account, log in to the members area and visit your My Profile page; you can adjust your preferences from the Notification & Marketing Preferences section near the bottom.
If you are placing an order online as a guest, you are automatically offered the option to opt in during checkout.
How To Opt Out
You may opt out of our promotional marketing communications at any time:
- Via Member Profile: Log in to your member account and uncheck marketing options under Notification & Marketing Preferences. Registering an account to opt out ensures your number and email are permanently added to our exclusion register across all branches.
